 आपल्या भोवतालच्या वेगवान आधुनिकीकरणाच्या जगात निसर्गाशी नाते कमकुवत होताना दिसते आणि आपल्या मानसिक आरोग्यावर हि त्याचा वाईट परिणाम झालेला दिसतो.  निसर्ग आणि मानसिक आरोग्य यांना प्राधान्य देणे अधिक महत्त्वाचे होत आहे. या दोन्ही उद्दिष्टांना एकत्रित करणारी एक प्रभावी पद्धत म्हणजे बागकाम. बागकामाच्या प्रत्येक छोट्या छोट्या टप्प्यांमध्ये इतकी सकारत्मकता असते कि, बागकाम करताना आपल्या मनाची मशागत हि आपोआपच होते.

माझ्या घरातल्या बागकामाची काही झलक फोटो स्वरूपात सादर करीत आहे.

गावाकडची वाट...

 शहरातील गोंगाटापासून दूर जायचे म्हटले तर....माझ्या मनात आणि डोळ्यासमोर पहिला क्लिक येतो ... 

"गावाकडची वाट"

गावाकडे मला प्रत्येक गोष्टीत  एक वेगळेच कुतुहूल... एक आपुलकी...  मातीची ओढ दिसून येते...

गावातील घराच्या अंगणात बसून मी याच गोष्टी डोळे भरून अनुभवत असते आणि जितके शक्य तितके माझ्याजवळील कॅमेरात टिपण्याचा प्रयत्न करते..... 

यातीलच काही टिपलेले क्षण....

या फोटोमध्ये वयाची साठी आणि हातात काठी आली तरी आयुष्यभराचा साथी असल्याचे समाधान आणि पुढील वाटेवर अजून कितीही काम असले तरी ते एकत्र झेलण्याची ताकद या फोटोतून दिसून येते. 

माझा परिवार म्हणजे माझी मेंढरे....   ज्याच्यापासून माझी सकाळ आणि संध्याकाळ होते...  कोणी पळवून नेऊ नये कोणी चोरी करू नये या काळजीची हुरहूर कायम असते... यांच्यामते,  
माझी लेकरं आणि माझी मेंढर दोन्ही माझ्या काळजाचा तुकडा आहे.
